Terms of Use for AppFlow Control

By accessing or using AppFlow Control ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1. User Account: To access certain features of the Service, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2. Registration Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Service Usage and Restrictions

3.1. Permitted Use: You may use the Service for its intended purpose as described on the platform. You may not use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose.

3.2. Prohibited Content and Activities: You may not upload, post, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3.3. Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided by the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, are the property of Event Horizon Solutions LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://ehsolutions.io/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans: Users of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) can choose from two types of subscription plans: Monthly and Yearly.

5.2 Subscription Payments: Subscription plans operate on a recurring payment model. Users will be billed automatically based on their chosen subscription term.

5.3 Monthly Subscription: Users opting for the monthly subscription will be billed on a monthly basis. The first payment will be charged at the time of initial subscription activation. Subsequent payments will be automatically processed on the same day each month.

5.4 Yearly Subscription: Users choosing the yearly subscription will be billed annually. The first payment will be charged at the time of initial subscription activation. Subsequent payments will be automatically processed on the same day each year.

5.5 Discounts for Yearly Subscription: Users who opt for the yearly subscription will benefit from a discounted rate compared to the monthly subscription.

5.6 Refund Policy:

Users have the right to request a refund for their subscription within a specified timeframe.
Monthly Subscription: Refund requests must be made within the first two weeks of the billing cycle to be eligible for a refund for the current month. Refunds for previous months will not be provided.
Yearly Subscription: Refund requests must be made within the first month of the annual subscription to be eligible for a refund for the current year. Refunds for previous years will not be provided.
Refunds will be processed based on the remaining unused subscription period.

5.7 Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5.8 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other secure electronic payment options. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.

5.9 Currency and Taxes: All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes based on the user's location. Users are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their payment.

5.10 Changes to Pricing and Terms: We reserve the right to modify our pricing, refund policy, and other terms related to payment and billing at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any such changes.

6. Termination

6.1. Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the platform.

6.2. Termination by Event Horizon Solutions LLC: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

7. Warranty and Disclaimer

7.1. No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7.2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Event Horizon Solutions LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the courts located within Ukraine.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
