5. Payment and Billing

5.1. Subscription Plans: Users may choose monthly or yearly subscription plans.

5.2. Subscription Payments: Subscriptions operate on a recurring billing model based on the selected term.

5.3. Monthly Subscription: Monthly plans are billed at activation and then on the same day each subsequent month.

5.4. Yearly Subscription: Yearly plans are billed at activation and then on the same day each subsequent year.

5.5. Discounts for Yearly Subscription: Yearly plans may receive discounted pricing relative to monthly plans.

5.6. Refund Policy:

• Refund requests must be made within the allowed refund window.
• Monthly subscriptions are eligible for current-month refunds only if requested within the first two weeks of the billing cycle.
• Yearly subscriptions are eligible for current-year refunds only if requested within the first month of the annual billing cycle.
• Refunds are processed based on the remaining unused period.

5.7. Cancellation: You can cancel at any time, and the subscription remains active until the current billing period ends.

5.8. Payment Methods: We accept supported secure electronic payment methods, and you are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

5.9. Currency and Taxes: Payments are processed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location.

5.10. Changes to Pricing and Terms: We may modify pricing, refund policy, or billing terms and will provide advance notice of material changes.

6. Termination

6.1. Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the platform.

6.2. Termination by Event Horizon Solutions LLC: We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for reasons including breach of these terms.

7.1. No Warranty:The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7.2. Limitation of Liability: Event Horizon Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms must be filed in courts located within Ukraine.
